FRONTIER OF CONTRASTS
The Ribeira Sacra is located between the south of the province of Lugo and the north of the province of Ourense, on the banks of the Miño River and the Sil River. In this area of the interior of Galicia, the alluvial soil of granite and slate origin forms great unevenness on the banks of the river, eroded over millennia.
The topoclimate generated in these areas, traditionally oceanic, acquires a more Mediterranean character, optimal for a good maturation in our latitude.
Our goal is to create the best wine possible with the particular conditions of each vintage.
We believe that a wine, in addition to representing the land from which it comes, should reflect the year in which it was made.
