TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Cherry red colour.
- Nose: Aromas of berries and flowers, accompanied by elegant spicy notes.
- Palate: Ample and harmonious. Slight acidity and great structure. Long and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Mencía and Grenache.
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes.
Selection both in the vineyard and in the winery.
Fermentation in an open conical truncated of 2000 liters of French oak.
Aged for 6 months in 225 and 420 litre barrels.
Production: 1400 bottles.
