It is made following the traditional method of solera and criaderas and accredits superior to twenty years old age, endorsed by the Regulatory Council of Brandy de Jerez. Because of its great age, their production is necessarily limited. Each bottle is numbered and signed by the foreman of the hold responsible for protecting valuable brandy.
