Tasting Notes:
- Yellow in colour with lemon reflections.
- High intensity in the nose, it shows a background of lemon citrus with notes of peach, ripe apple and melon.
- In the mouth, light bubble-tipped, the passage is sweet-toothed and intense, with a fruity and citrus aftertaste.
Elaboration and Aging
After the manual harvest of 100% Albariño grapes, a natural debourbage process takes place. Fermentation, in stainless steel tanks, is interrupted before its natural end by cold. This makes Marieta the first Semi-dry of the Rías Baixas.
