Elaboration and aging:
The grapes are harvested, selected and de-stemmed. The must is extracted by pressing and fermented only partially in isobaric tanks where its bubbles are created naturally.
- View: soft pale pink with medium bubble.
- Nose: sweet aromas of red fruits well assembled with floral memories and notes of jelly beans and candy.
- Palate: sweet and balanced, easy to drink and with a long and very refreshing finish.
