Tasting notes:
- Color: straw yellow soft and bright.
- Mouth: salty and slightly unctuous notes. Its acidity level is very pleasant and invites to drink it repeatedly.
- Nose: it stands out for its saline and fruity touches very well integrated among them.
Elaboration and ageing:La Ola is the latest and most eagerly awaited incorporation of the famous and prestigious oenologist and winemaker Eladio Piñeiro. After triumphing with its popular Frore de Carme, Envidia Cochina or Amodiño Albariño, Piñeiro is now once again revolutionising the wine sector with a wine that, once again, takes on the character of a single-varietal albariño under the quality seal of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.
Specifically, in this white we find the same viticulture and oenology that differentiate their current albariño, but with nuances that make it unique and easily identifiable. In addition, La Ola wine is presented as a very attractive elaboration from the very first moment it is contemplated, since it has the particularity of being presented in a curious blue bottle and a folding label that are framed as a tribute and an evolution to the production origins of Eladio Piñeiro. It should be remembered that this popular winemaker was the first to launch a blue bottle onto the Spanish market, a revolution in terms of packaging.
