Mouth: Dry, with good acidity, slightly saline, aniseed and caramelized notes. Easy to drink.
Preparation: selection of “yolk” musts, natural fermentation at a controlled temperature and without the need for a header.
Parenting: biological under flor veil. Criaderas and solera system for a period of 3-4 years in American oak butts.
