TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Mahogany color, between tile and chestnut.
- Nose: Intense aromas of fruits, highlighting the bitter orange.
- Palate: Matle, tasty and expressive, with an elegant and woody finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Zalema (90%), Pedro Ximénex (10%).
Made from sweet fragrant wine, which remains in contact with the dehydrated skin (for sunny) of the bitter orange of the Doñana region.
This maceration will last 8 years in the vessels in the basements of the winery.
