Tasting Note:
Color: golden, clean and bright.
Nose: memories of flower veil, almond. Intense nose, with slight oxidative touches. Something spicy and salty.
Mouth: full, tasty and slightly bitter on the palate. With memories of nuts. Long finish, with great persistence in aftertaste.
Processing and aging:
This wine comes from the solera with more aging of the Alvear family fines. After having a biological aging under a veil of flowers for 12 years on average, it still keeps the veil of flowers alive.
