ÁS de Mirabrás is the result of two years of selecting old albariza vines, from which Barbadillo traditionally vinifies. The selection of the plots has depended exclusively on the quality of the vineyard, resulting in those selected in the first instance being located in the historic vineyards of Miraflores, Añina, Macharnudo, Campix and Santa Lucía.
The objective of ÁS de Mirabrás is to explore the potential of the oldest vines in the most accessible and general context of white wines, making them understandable to any wine connoisseur without needing to have an interest in historical Sanluqueña or Jerez productions.
