Color:Golden yellow with greenish sparkles.
Nose: Very varietal on the nose, with floral freshness, notes of white fruit and a small touch of raisins and lime.
Mouth: Very dense, long and fresh in the mouth; where fruitiness and floral notes return, with great consistency provided by aging on lees.

Preparation and Aging:
Pagos del Galir Godello 2016 is aged for 4-5 months along with its lees. Film maceration for 10 hours at 10º C. Controlled fermentation at 18º C for 15-20 days. Aging on its own lees for 5 months.
