GASTRO - Craft Author Beer
Gastro, a beer from La Mancha, specifically from the province of Cuenca, produced in Mota del Cuervo, a town better known for its windmills than for its breweries. However, it is worth mentioning that the first batches of what is today the best beer in the world began to be produced in Leganés, specifically in the factory of La Cibeles, before its managers moved their facilities to the municipality of Moteño.

Behind this project are Iñaki Heras and Arancha Viñolo, two young people from this La Mancha town who embarked on this adventure after having worked for national brewing companies and with the clear intention of creating their own beer of the highest possible quality. And boy, did they make it. In just two and a half years, Gastro is already on the lips of all beer lovers, with a presence in large Spanish supermarkets and exports to 10 different countries, which has made it necessary to increase the production capacity of its factory to one million litres per year.
