Finca Coronado, with the label Tierra de Castilla La Mancha, has an area close to 50 hectares of vineyards, where up to 6 different varieties of grapes (cabernet sauvignon, syrah, tempranillo, graciano, petit verdot and merlot) can be found. - except the graciano, of more recent plantation - they intervene in the elaboration of its wines. The most abundant is Cabernet Sauvignon (12 Ha.). The rest of the surface is distributed in fairly even proportions among the other varieties, since Gregorio is a lover of the assembly between different wines, in order to achieve maximum complexity.

The reconversion of the 11 hectares of airén and tempranillo that existed primitively and the execution of the new plantations has been realized since 1995. At the moment the whole vineyard is supported on trellis, with the exception of some old strains of tempranillo that have dispersed In the environment of the main farm. The soil has a clayey surface layer but with a calcareous background that gives fineness to the wines, there being some peculiar plot of which in its day is expected to obtain a wine of marked personality.

It produces a wine fruit of the blend of this variety of varieties "Finca Coronado", and two varietal wines made with Graciano and Petit Verdot.
