Tasting Notes:

Vista: It is clean, bright, with straw yellow and green trim.
Aroma: A fresh and fragrant wine, which transmits its aromatic intensity from the expression of citrus and white stone fruit, light hints of grass and lavender.
Palate: the bittersweet nature of Godello manifested. fat and round attack, which evolves fruity, aromatic and ending with a light feel and crystalline mineral that adds length and personality.

Development and Aging:

Produced by Bodegas Rafael Palacios (Louro, As Sortes and Sorte O Soro) with 100% Godello grape vines aged between 15 and 20 years. Remains, after fermentation, a minimum of 3 months on its lees.
