Preparation and Aging:

Juve & Camps Reserva de la Familia is obtained mainly from the flower must of the Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada grapes harvested on the winery's estates in Espiells, Can Massana and La Cuscona.

This cava has a bright and attractive light gold color. It has very fine and abundant bubbles, which rise forming numerous rosaries and a stable crown.

Of great depth, intensity and elegance, it initially recalls notes of ripe white fruits. Little by little, its complexity increases and the aromas of long aging emerge. Touches of toasted bread as well as a light citrus background culminate its characteristic aroma.

The credibility of its foam is perfectly incorporated into the mouthfeel, ensuring that its transit is at the same time fresh, broad and suggestive. All the aromas perceived in the glass are shown in its long aftertaste. It is perfect for starters and desserts.
