ELABORATION
Made with Mencía, Albarello, Garnacha Tintorela, Merenzau and others.
Manual harvest in boxes of 15Kg.
Destemmed 70% of the grapes and the rest ferments with the whole grape in foudres.
Aged for 9 months on lees.

In 2014 the brothers Juan and Carlos Rodríguez join forces with Fredi Torres, in love with the Ribeira Sacra, to get all the good that the spectacular vertical vineyards of the so-called “Heroic Viticulture” can give. This is how Sílice Viticultores was born, wines that respond to free work, without manipulation in the winery, with respect and care for their vineyards.
