CATA's notes:
- Color: Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Bright and clean
- Nose: Fresh with fruity notes, the apple prevails and a slight floral touch.
- Mouth: Balanced, good step in the mouth, acidity very well integrated. Aromatic and fresh
Elaboration: Prepared at 100% with Pedro Ximenez grapes, early harvest to obtain a lower concentration of sugars.
Curiosities: In 1970 Bodegas Toro Albala took the initiative to recover a species of carnation practically extinct, the "reventon granaino", considered the largest, elegant, red and perfumed of all the Dianthus. Since then, thousands of cuttings per year are grown in the winery and are offered free of charge to anyone who requests it. For greater security there are two pots out there of "Dos claveles" White Wine 100% Pedro Ximenez. Today they are present in most of the Andalusian courtyards.
