TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: straw yellow, greenish reflections.
- Nose: floral, herbaceous, lily and mint notes.
- Palate: pleasant and lively palate, citrus and mineral notes, but also round and balanced thanks to the juiciness of the fruity aromas.

Aged on its fine lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
CURIOSITIES
Soil: Several types of soil are found here: limestone (caillottes) on the east and west sides of the vineyard, Kimmerdigina limestone with oyster remains (marne à huitre) and clayey limestone and siliceous clay. Climate: Temperate with a continental tendency. Average rainfall of 600-780 mm per year.
The smoky aroma of the "flint" of Pouilly Fumé is its hallmark, especially noticeable in wines grown in limestone soils. Unlike Sancerre, its neighbour on the left bank of the Loire, the Pouilly Fumé area is dedicated exclusively to the production of white wine of the Sauvignon Blanc and Chasselas varieties.
