CATA's notes:
- Color: beautiful purple color.
- Nose: aromas of raspberries and strawberries, and some violet tones.
- Mouth: Round and fresh attack, with a very elegant finish to red fruits.
Elaboration and aging: Made with Cabernet Franc 100%, coming from soils mainly covered with gravel with a yield per hectare: 45 hl / ha. The fermentation is 18 days and the aging of 12 months in stainless steel tanks. 20% of the cuvee ages in oak barrels for 8 months.
