Development and Aging
In this case it is a single variety of Grenache, perhaps the only one of all the appellation of origin of Jumilla, which carries all the genetic signature of José María Vicente. It is a wine of a single plot, such as those involved with recognized grape Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet success, and performs the alcoholic fermentation in underground vats.
