CATA's notes:
- Color: Straw yellow with greenish and golden flashes.
- Nose: fresh aromas of stone and tropical fruits (peach, apricot, pineapple), citrus and white flowers.
- Mouth: harmonious and tasty, fresh and fruity with interesting acidity and the presence of citrus. It ends with a long and friendly finish.
Elaboration:
It is made in Moscatel de Grano Menudo vineyards, located on hills at an approximate height of 700 meters, in the Aragona Valley located to the north of Jumilla where the limestone soils, the dry climate and many hours of sun exposure create an ideal microclimate. for the cultivation of this variety.
Vinification occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Once the fermentation process is finished, it remains in the tank until it is bottled.
Curiosities:
“Jumilla wines are the ambassadors of a town of contrasts, whose personality emerges from the land. It is surprising to see how, from the sand and limestone scree, a geological legacy of the Triassic, such a myriad of rich tonalities is obtained. From the golden Moscatel to the sweet rosé, from the insolent red of the youngest Monastrell to the dominant vermilion of the oak crianzas. To understand Jumillano's fighting spirit, you have to feel the relentless summer sun, the icy chill of winter and the contrast of temperatures. In That tenacity for life, land and farmer have learned to retain the little rain that arrives and to turn adversities into wines with temperament." -gilfamily.es
