Viña Puebla Pi is a modern, elegant, well-structured red wine with a persistent aftertaste. It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Syrah. The grapes are harvested by hand at night. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Intense garnet cherry colour.
Nose: Aromas of black fruit compote, balsamic, toasted and roasted from the barrel.
Palate: Very silky and complex tannins with rich fruit nuances, integrated wood and a long finish.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Guadiana.
WINEMAKING: Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Syrah varieties.
AGEING: Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
