Los Balancines Huno 2018 1.5 L Magnum

CATA's notes:

• Color cherry red with tile trim.
• Good intensity with fruit mature red and black followed by touches spicy pepper and cloves, light menthols and notes of mountain low
• Round and balanced , very good acidity providing freshness, step envelope and untusse , polished tannins, long finish with memories of fruit red.

Preparation and Aging:

To a large extent, the uniqueness of this wine comes from the grapes with which it is created, Garnacha Tintorera, Tempranillo and Graciano. The process of selecting the grapes is exhaustive, the ideal moment of ripening for each of the varieties is meticulously decided since not all of them are ready to be picked at the same time. Each grape, of each variety, of each farm and of each plot is made independently. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks with manual pumping over, in an artisanal way. Experts and people with a lot of experience are in charge of patiently breaking the "skin cap" so that the must and skin merge and this deliver all its distinctive features. Malolactic is carried out in French oak barrels where it will be aged for 18 months .
