View: Cherry red with maroon trim, medium-high layer.

Nose: aromas of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) interspersed with hints of sweet spices like vanilla and light toasted and balsamic.

Mouth: Sweet and fresh entry marked by a good acidity , nice step with silky tannins and a medium finish with light toasted hints.

Production and Aging:

manual harvest , selection of bunches in the vineyard and second selection at the selection table.

12 months in barrels French oak, 12 months in deposit and 12 months of rest in the bottle before going to market.
