TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: bright straw yellow.
- Nose: medium intensity with notes of acacia, chamomile, white fruits such as apple or pear, and citrus notes of orange peel and tangerine. The elegance of the wine is palpable when the notes of fennel and white pepper appear, accompanied by the aromas of flint and limestone, as well as the memories of lees and toasted.

CURIOSITIES
Bodegas Ysios has become an icon for Nueva Rioja, marking its own personality for the wines of the new millennium. Ysios has followed a path based on 3 essential pillars: innovation, respect for tradition (Rioja) and oenological excellence.
Undoubtedly, in the world of wine and wine tourism, the monument that is the Ysios winery has marked an obvious milestone. The winery made by Santiago Calatrava in the surroundings of Laguardia shows a silhouette that simulates waves on a sea of vines. A wave of wood and aluminum that leaves no one indifferent. It was inaugurated in 2001 and is a perfect example of how architecture can go in harmony with the landscape.
