Production and Aging: The 2018 vintage can be described as Mediterranean and warm. However, the vineyard did not suffer too much from the drought, as the numerous winter rains and snowfalls ensured sufficient water reserves. The high temperatures from May to June favored a perfect flowering, an important grape production with a large amount of sugar. The health status of the grapes was perfect except for the white varieties that suffered a botrytis attack following the heavy storms and rains during the first week of September. The wines of The 2015 vintage is characterized by a somewhat high alcohol content and pH, which gives them roundness and fat on the palate. Great selection work.
