CATA's notes:

Color: Very light and bright, mainly orange-pale salmon. In this harvest they return the acid fruits, very fresh, that dominate all the organoleptic profile of the wine
Nose: A complex aroma of white and bone fruits; in post-taste the olfactory notes are transformed into something finer and more complex where we discover, in addition to the previous ones, aromas of lychee, apricot and delicate memories of pastry.
Mouth: Extremely atractivp since, in spite of the fact that they still dominate the acid fruits, their whole is softened by some elegant and well integrated fine lines. It is a long wine in route that combines sucrosity, freshness and acidity.

Elaboration and aging:
After 12 hours of maceration, the wine ferments for 15-20 days in small wooden deposits between 16-18ºC. For 3 months we maintain and work fine lines that will enhance and enhance their organoleptic virtues. Later we stabilize in cold and it is filtered and bottled.
