TASTING NOTE:
View: Golden yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Notes of stone fruits and nuances of citrus and mineral skins.
Mouth: Broad, glyceric, spicy and intense.

ELABORATION AND AGEING:

White wine Aged in wood Ecological. 9 months in French oak barrels.
The grains are gently pressed and the free run juice ferments with its native yeasts in barrels and wooden foudres of different capacities.

Vineyards up to 200 years old that keep the witness of the singularity of its varietal wealth, of its traditional local works and of an almost extinct reality.
