Elaboration and Breeding:

This is a cava for true connoisseurs dedicated to the world of cava for a double reason, firstly the base wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, considered the best variety for making cava, the cava produced from this grape is called Blanc de Blancs being the most appreciated, secondly, as it does not contain any sugar, it shows us the cava with all its strength and flavour, without being masked by the sugar, so to produce our Brut Nature Chardonnay, the highest in the range, we must have a base wine of exceptional quality, as the slightest mistake will be evident, thus wasting our production of Chardonnay grapes.
