- Color cherry pink, salmon-coloured and bright.
- on the nose aromatic with adequate intensity, hints of white fruit and red fruit, dairy and pastry notes.
- In mouth tasty in its attack, well integrated carbon. Fruity and slightly creamy mid palate, hints of red candy, good acidity.
Preparation and Aging: Alta Alella is a family project. After a career making wine halfway around the world, from Alella and Penedès to Priorat, Rioja and Ribera del Duero, even in France and Italy as technical director within the Martini group, the winery's combined projects.
