Manzanilla Solear Pasada en rama has been present on the Marco de Jerez scene since 1999, the year in which Bodegas Barbadillo opted for bottling an “En Rama” wine, that is, directly from the butt to the bottle. In this way, the best of the traditions of Sanlúcar de Barrameda was recovered: long-term biological aging.
