In the visual phase, chestnut highlights its black color with mahogany trim and dense tears of iodine. Or reflections of old gold and brown with a glossy black color, almost impenetrable by light, very clean. The nose suggests wine to date concentrated aromas, toasted and liquorice. All on a background of candy. While the smell with complex sensations of old wine, old wine, in which live one jumble of raisins, dates, chocolate syrup and floods. In the mouth the surprise that is dense in its proper place, or that otherwise arises, it is rather a step licoroso sweet, very enveloping and a slightly bitter finish that never ends. In short it is remarkable the balanced sweetness and surprising bitter aftertaste derived from a good fit between notes of dried fruit, toasted and friendly background of toffee, typical of Pedro Ximenez.
