- Nose: High intensity, fruity and floral aroma, very clean and powerful of marked varietal character with light toasted and spicy tones contributed by the aging in wood.
- Mouth: Attack soft, bulky, broad, fleshy, harmonious and structured, rich in nuances, very balanced and wide and very long aftertaste.
Elaboration and Aging
Grape from very old Grenache vineyards, dryland, cultivated by the traditional system of glass in the payments of Monte Alto and La Sarda, located on very arid floors, slates and terraces, reddish earth, on the slopes of the Cordillera Iberica, in the foothills of the Moncayo. Raised in French oak barrels for four months in which malolactic fermentation takes place.
