CATA'S NOTES:

View : Color yellow gold with green reflections .

Nose : aromas of fruit bone and flowers with a minty background .

Mouth : in bo AC is cool and intense where I know power the fruit and the citrus . Fatty and of tasty salinity with a final floral , bitter and typical of the Hondarrabi Zuri that favors a wine long and persistent .

Made with the s Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie varieties, within the D.O. Bizkaiko Txakolina
In its vinification it is for 7 months with its own lees


CURIOSITIES : The climate is influenced by the Cantabrian Sea, with mild winters and cool summers. It has a large rainfall, concentrated above all in spring, a time in which specific care is carried out in the vineyard. Towards the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, the nights become cool and the days mild, facilitating the correct ripening of the grapes.
