Exopto horizon it's a wine red with a great Riojan identity, structure and volume , who is looking for a style modern , intense , with more color and the right amount of wood. This wine shares with the rest of the winery's wines the same assembly philosophy that seeks to give a red harmonious and with shades complex .



CATA'S NOTES:

Nose : aromas of fruits reds and black with spicy and smoky touches .

Mouth : in bo AC has intense flavors of fruit black very clean and cigars . With silky tannins. Final mineral very long. and with great balance between intensity and fineness .


APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Rioja .


ELABORATION : Made with the s varied bye Tempranillo , Grenache and Gratian .


AGING : Parenting d for 12 months in oak barrels Oak French .


CURIOSITIES : The basis that supports the work of Bodegas Exopto goes through the location of plots that are very different from each other, taking into account the soils and orientations. As for the varieties, they work with the 3 historical Riojans: Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano, giving prominence to each of them in 3 different wines. Finally, when the work is transferred to the winery, the previous parameters of plots and grapes serve to define the type of material (wood, concrete and stainless steel) with which the wines will be fermented, as well as the elaboration method (pigeage, pumped over, static).
