Originally conceived as a private consumption product for the Juvé family, Reserva de la Familia is the most sought-after Gran Reserva Brut Nature cava in the world.
Extremely attractive; it is fresh, dynamic and with a long aftertaste that invites us to repeat.
Tasting Notes:
- Bright pale golden colour.
- With a rich and elegant aromatic palette, with a development that starts with notes of ripe white fruits and then gives way to the nuances typical of the ageing process: bakery, toasted, spices?
- The palate is tremendously seductive, offering freshness, pleasant texture and a long finish in which the aromatic memories of white fruits appear again.
Winemaking and ageing:Juve & Camps Reserva de la Familia is obtained mainly from the free-run juice of Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada grapes harvested at the winery's estates in Espiells, Can Massana and La Cuscona.
This cava has a luminous and attractive light golden colour. It has very fine and abundant bubbles, which rise forming numerous rosaries and a stable crown.
It has great depth, intensity and elegance, with notes of ripe white fruits at the beginning. Gradually, its complexity increases and the aromas of long ageing emerge. Touches of toasted bread and a light citrus background round off its characteristic aroma.
The credibility of its foam is perfectly incorporated in the palate, making its passage fresh, ample and suggestive at the same time. All the aromas perceived in the glass are shown in its long aftertaste. It is perfect for starters and desserts.
