TASTING:
It is a cava with a seductive effervescence, a pleasant and intense aroma, which shows the charm of fresh fleshy fruit and a delicate floral background. Little by little, light touches of pain grillé appear in the glass, forming a delicious escape from simplicity.
With a musical vibration in the mouth, its kindness gives it an unexpected charm and the acidity makes the sip gain freshness.

ELABORATION:
Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada are fermented separately in stainless steel vats and, after malolactic fermentation, the assemblage is carried out seeking the balance and elegance that is the trademark of Juvé & Camps. Only those wines that meet the criteria of freshness and primary character that we pursue in our house for these sparkling wines are part of Essential.
Once bottled, the second fermentation takes place and aging begins in the tranquility and silence of our cellars, which will give rise to a fresh and bubbly sparkling wine.
Essential Purple It spends at least 24 months in the bottle on its lees before it is ready to enjoy.

Essential Púrpura is a tribute to Penedès viticulture, where Juvé & Camps has been practicing it since 1796; It is an x-ray of its territories, a reflection of the honest communion between Juvé & Camps and the winegrowers with whom we have been working for a long time and who, like us, practice traditional and ecological viticulture. Therefore, making a sparkling wine that tastes like the most essential Penedès, with the three classic varieties of cava, is our way of giving back to them for the work they do throughout the year in the vineyard, and we do it to the best of our knowledge: with a wine that honestly transmits the nature of Penedès.
