Tasting Notes:- Color, lemon yellow, clean and bright, with slight hints of steel.
- In nose, of subtle fragrance. A first note reminds of seafood and behind this delicate saline expression appear shades of quince and apple.
- In mouth, soft entry and acidity that gives the mouth great tension, and a real marine minerality. Its finish exudes fresh and floral sensations always the present saline touch.
Elaboration:Ageing on total lees. It is not aged in barrels, but in 300-litre tanks under the sea for a period of 8 months in the waters of the town of San Juan de Luz (France).
Curiosity:A full-bodied wine, balanced and full of sensations. A source of discoveries for the nose and the palate, with a finish that seems to have no end.
