TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Dark red, almost black.
- Nose: Complex, aromas of red and black fruit, white truffle, peppers, eucalyptus, rockrose and lavender, violets and fresh tobacco, pure chocolate, all in orderly harmony.
- Palate: Opulent but fresh, with a surprising acidity, a sweet and friendly tannin and a lot of body.
ELABORATION
Made 100% with Garnacha Tintorera.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Production of 600 bottles for each vintage.
