TASTING NOTES

- Nose: Aromas of red and black fruits accompanied by characteristic notes of its time in the jar.
- Palate: Elegant, balanced and with a long and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
Variety: 100% Trincadeira.
Fermentation in a 400-litre jar at a controlled temperature for 5 days.
Subsequent maceration with the skins for 2 weeks.
Devatted and left for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 1 month.
