TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Amber color.

ELABORATION
100% Pardina variety.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature in 400-litre vats for 5 days.
Subsequent maceration with its skins for 2 months.
Devatting and aged in stainless steel for 3 months.
Aged for 4 months in a jar.
