CATA's notes:

  • In the visual phase, a clean and bright golden yellow color can be seen. It has a complex nose of great aromatic intensity from aromas of scrubland, fennel and subtle citrus touches. In the mouth it is broad, intense, fatty and unctuous. Shows exceptional elegance. A delicate balance with a lot of depth in expression, an open finish and a pleasant aniseed touch. It also presents great volume in the mouth, supported by good acidity and an unusual salinity that reappears in the retronasal.
