• Nose: aroma of ripe black fruits with spicy and liquorous notes. Mineral, roasted and balsamic memories.
• Mouth: Tasty and powerful with a wide attack and a long aftertaste of fruit, wood and minerals.

Production and Aging:

The must ferments in wood and then continues resting and rounding off in this same material for a long time. It is bottled without clarifying or filtering to respect its essence as much as possible and it is honest from the first moment. Its intense cherry color precedes a nose loaded with aromas of forest and licorice, cherries in liqueur and spices. Intense mineral notes, blue flowers and blackberries complete an enchanting aroma. On the palate it is intense and tasty but its sweet tannins and a very well measured acidity make the whole a wine that flows in harmony and gift our senses with freshness and elegance; discreet toasty hints of wood emerge in the distance.

Aged for 18 months in 4000 L vats (66%) and in 300 L barrels of 2, 3 and 4 French oak wines.
