Lemon yellow with greenish, thick and satiny tones. The nose has a wide range of long intensity aromas which highlights salinity, white fruit and yellow bone, marine touches, memories of white flowers and citrus bring freshness. The palate is very elegant, with feelings of fruit in syrup and balsamic from aging on lees with hints of aniseed, fennel, with excellent acidity, fat, fresh, very tasty, persistent, long aftertaste with mineral tones and some excellent bitter taste . Very sweet.

Development and aging

Envidia Cochina - Tête de Cuvée, occurs in terroirs with conditions  exceptional, with a unique viticulture and process development. The vines have an average age of over 30 years, bringing more than eight transition to biodynamic.

The vineyards are distributed in privileged areas within the varied topography of Val do Salnés. The harvest was during second week of October, rejecting late July excess bunches in each strain leaving a reduced quantity that will arrive in optimum concentration at harvest. After selection of the bunches in Bodega and maceration (8-10 hours) is fermented with indigenous yeasts from the foot of Cuba made days before at a low temperature and very prolonged in time. Following fermentation, select the top of the tanks that add more fruit load (Tête de Cuvée). It is aged on its own lees, performing weekly batonage for 6 months and is assembled with 15% of the previous vintage destined to Frore Carme (which was in aging on its lees with monthly batonage for 1 year plus 3 months with lees add the following, plus another three months maturing in stainless Cuba).
