This wine is a great example. It has been made with tempranillo grapes from vineyards. After a careful vinification, it has been aged in American oak for 18 months then bottled spend the time necessary to obtain a refined and perfect harmony.

Gothic stone vaults protect aging in barrels or wood. The only furniture that house are carefully stacked barrels of French and American oak, in two symmetrical rooms. On top of these, many other barrels waiting silently under a spectacular wooden ceiling.
Perpendicular to the barrel stays in rigorous rhyme, millions of high walls forming bottle of dark glass, glowing geometric circles, where the wine is refined on the inside of each bottle are stacked.
