TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
- Nose: Fresh with vibrant aromas of apple and pear. Hints of jasmine and elderflower mingle with notes of tropical fruits, lemon and subtle balsamic undertones.
- Palate: Fresh and balanced, with notes of tropical fruit and lively acidity. Long and persistent finish with an elegant minerality.
ELABORATION
Variedades: Ribolla Gialla, Chardonnay.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Brief ageing on lees.
CURIOSITIES
After the war, Livio Felluga, the patriarch of the family and owner of the winery, acquired the first hectares of vineyards in Rosazzo, which today is one of the best wine-growing areas.
Currently, Livio Falliga's property extends over more than 160 hectares of hills in the Collio and Colli Orientali of Friuli, with 155 hectares planted with vineyards.
