CURIOSITIES

It has a mild and mild climate, cooled by the Mistral wind, of alpine origin. Historically, coupage wines have been made, mixing different varieties, to achieve a balance in the wine. Currently, Provence has opted for quality rosé wine with Syrah and Grenache (Garnacha) red grapes. More than 80% of the productions in the Côtes de Provence are rosé wine, made by bleeding, the Higher quality method, obtained by bunches without pressing in a tank and extracting the must from it.
