TASTING NOTES

ELABORATION
Combination of the Asturian varieties Albarín Blanco and Albillo.
Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Aged next to its fine lees in used French oak barrels of 300 and 500 liters for 15-18 months.
