TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Ruby color.
- Nose: Aromas of red fruits with balsamic and spicy notes.
- Palate: Tasty and balanced, with excellent acidity and an elegant finish.
ELABORATION
Made 90% with Grenache and 10% with local varieties.
Manual harvest in boxes of 12 Kg.
Pre-fermentation maceration in cold.
Fermentation in wooden vats from 3000 to 4500 liters and in stainless steel tanks.
Native yeast. 90% whole grapes, 10% destemmed grapes.
Natural malolactic fermentation.
Aging next to its own lees in foudres and fine French oak wood for 8 months.
Aging the assembly for 2 months.
