La Maldición Malvar en Bota is a white wine made with "velo de flor", i.e. with Malvar and Torrontés grapes from old vines planted on clay-limestone soils with limestone stones on the surface. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented and macerated with skins and stems for 11 months in earthenware vats where the velo de flor is produced. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
